There are two registration packages available for this conference – In Person and Online.
Both registration packages give you access to the live presentations, all of the recorded presentations and other events throughout the conference week, such as social hours and the virtual round tables. Recordings of the presentations are available for viewing in the Recorded Library through December 31, 2023.
The In Person package allows you to also sign up for personal consultation for your research questions, attend the Book Sales (SCGS and speaker), talk to the speakers after their presentations and purchase a box lunch. You will have access to all of the recorded sessions so you can view them after the event. We have a limit of 200 people for the In Person package. The last day to register for the Box Lunch is September 30th.
The Online registration gives you access to the live streamed and ALL the recorded sessions for the conference.

Pricing for the October 6 - 8 Genealogy Jamboree Conference
You can register for the Online and join anytime during the conference. When the conference is open, once you pay for your registration by credit card, your registration will be processed in just a few minutes. If you have an address outside of the United States, this may take a few minutes more.

Yes. It’s fast and easy to register in our new online registration system, but you can download the registration form print it, fill it out and send it along with your check to the address on the last page of the form. For your security, we can no longer accept credit card numbers through the mail.
Can I refund my registration?
Yes, you may refund your registration on or before October 6th. All registrations made after that date are non-refundable.
To refund your registration or change items you paid for on or before October 6, 2023, go to the Genealogy Jamboree Registration page. In the upper right box ("You Are Registered For"), click on the for the event you want to remove, then register for the event you want to add. Click CHECKOUT. Your new Cart will list the refunded item and the new purchase. You will be charged (or credited) for the difference.
Registrations paid by credit card are refunded, without penalty, to your credit card.
Registrations paid by check, less a $25 service fee, must be requested in writing and received by email at Jamboree@SCGSgenealogy.com on or before October 6, 2023 or by mail postmarked no later than October 6, 2023. There will be no refunds for requests after October 6, 2023.
For "checks are returned for insufficient funds" in the account, SCGS will charge a fee of $35 for each returned check. Returned checks must be repaid by cash, money order, cashier's check, or a credit card.
No. Registrations are not transferable to another person or a future event.
