Visual Phasing Techniques

Visual phasing is a powerful chromosome mapping technique in which the DNA results from three or more full siblings is used to determine which DNA segments came from specific grandparents. In this presentation I will illustrate how to do visual phasing using 23andMe, GEDmatch, and David Pike’s Shared DNA Segments utility.
